Structure of the Banking Company

The functional structure of the Bank is divided as follows:

President: Is the head and responsible for directing, planning and controlling the activities of the organization.

CEO: Be the partner in the strategy set by the president.

Two Legal Advisers:
One for the drafting of contracts and legal and other issues strictly responsible for the management of irregular assets.

And Treasury CFO: Manager primarily to define the investment policy.

Five Brokers:
They are in charge of distributing the functions according to the type of market to address: emerging countries (Latin America and "Tiger"), Eurozone, USA, Japan.

Commercial Director: Is responsible for developing and implementing trade policy. Workers are defined as multidisciplinary so to better serve the customer are trained to perform all types of operational activities.

Four Directors Office: They assume the most important in terms of customer guardianships functions.

Commercial Sixteen: All with a priority function: to introduce products and services in the market.

Human Resources Manager: Responsible for designing and implementing the various personnel policies, in order to get a team, professional, motivated and committed to corporate objectives, which is capable of providing the maximum individual and collective contribution to the overall results of the organization.

Management and Training Manager: Responsible for developing career planning and performance appraisal of employees.

Director Of Selection: Responsible for personnel selection: psycho- techniques, interviews, tests etc..

Central Services Coordinator: Responsible for the coordination and management of the various departments of central services; Quality, Accounting, Auditing and Control, Risk, Information Systems.
