And Treasury CFO: Manager primarily to define the investment policy.
Five Brokers: They are in charge of distributing the functions according to the type of market to address: emerging countries (Latin America and "Tiger"), Eurozone, USA, Japan.
Commercial Director: Is responsible for developing and implementing trade policy. Workers are defined as multidisciplinary so to better serve the customer are trained to perform all types of operational activities.

Management and Training Manager: Responsible for developing career planning and performance appraisal of employees.
Director Of Selection: Responsible for personnel selection: psycho- techniques, interviews, tests etc..
Central Services Coordinator: Responsible for the coordination and management of the various departments of central services; Quality, Accounting, Auditing and Control, Risk, Information Systems.
